Modeling Mathematics originated as an idea to help parents not only develop a way to help their students with their math homework, but also give them real life examples that they can discuss with their students. Since then, Modeling Mathematics has began to develop curriculums, online tutoring, and more resources for parents, teachers and students with the ultimate goal of easily learning, teaching, and understanding mathematics using real-life conversations.
I am a big believer that students learn best when given multiple approaches to math. With the I do, we do, you do approaches, students get to practice not only in a standard format but also with projects and activities that correspond with each core standard.
